Supporting Teacher Leadership

This leadership session was specifically designed for school building and district administrators to help them understand how teacher leaders can support the professional learning and school improvement efforts, and how they, in turn, can support the needs of the teacher leader to address their role. It also addresses the various roles that teacher leaders can play, and how the administrators and remove barriers to leadership for these emerging teacher leaders.
