Continuous Assessment of Leadership
This session is intended to provide the leadership team with tools to assess their progress and to celebrate accomplishments. For MMSTLC, the Steps to Success provided the framework to discuss progress. The Steps to Success will be used in this session as an example. In other projects, the facilitators will need to provide the appropriate framework.
