MMSTLC NEWS & EVENTS

The Michigan Section of the American Association of Physics Teachers is sponsoring two free workshops for newer teachers of physics and physical science.  Nicole Murawski and Al Gibson will be presenting two workshops in March.  The workshops are funded by a grant from the American Association of Physics Teachers.

First Workshop: Kinematics Saturday March 7th at MSTA – Detroit
Second Workshop : Waves Friday and Saturday March 27th and 28th  at MIAAPT in Lansing

The Michigan Section of the American Association of Physics Teachers (MIAAPT) is sponsoring two free workshops for newer teachers of physics and physical science.  Teachers from rural schools as defined at http://nces.ed.gov/ccd/districtsearch/ will receive a stipend and travel expenses.  Contact Al Gibson or Nicole Murawski for additional information.
